College of Science

Under the auspices of the President of the University of Nawroz  (Dr. Amad Mohammed Saleh) in the Faculty of Computer and IT \ Computer Department the first scientific conference was held entitled (Multimedia and modern technologies) in the Kurdistan Hall \ University of Nawroz for 10-11 \ 1 \ 2017.

Symposium aims to:

- Share state-of-the participation of the scientific research on modern information technology.

- Develop a global agenda for priority research on accelerating progress towards modern information technology.

- Facilitate greater research collaboration and learning communities across disciplines, sectors, initiatives, and countries.

- Strengthen the scientific rigor of the field of computer science research including concepts, frameworks, modern technology and smart devices.

- Identify mechanisms for strengthening capacities individual, institutional and infrastructural for research on computer science, particularly in low- and middle-income countries.
