On Tuesday 4/10/2022, the College of Administration and Economics organized a lecture by Dr. (Ghassan Ibrahim Ahmed) and the teacher (Akram Saleh Youssef) on the topic (Measuring Human Capital and its Impact on Human Development, Comparative Research, Saudi Arabia and Iraq as an example).
