About the Workshop

The intention to transfer the humanitarian condition of the refugees in Iraqi Kurdistan Region due to the wide military operations of common Iraqi Security Forces to destroy terroristic organization (ISIS). College of Law and Politics, Law department in Nawroz University in cooperation with the Danish Refugee Council (DRC) Organization in coordination with the law clinic presents a workshop about the refugee conditions in the Kurdistan Region of Iraq three days. The workshop will be enriched with many foreign and local human international law and civil community organizations' experts.

Workshop objectives :-

*     Conveying the humanitarian circumstances of refugees to the most important category in society, students.

*     Presenting the most crucial suffering of the refugees in camps.

*     Referring to the size of the aids that humanitarian organizations provide for refugees. 

*     Acknowledging the role of international community (governmental international organizations) in protecting refugees.

*    Discussing the best way to enhance the humanitarian condition of refugees.
