Wednesday, December 26^, 2018, on the occasion of Christmas. As part of the social responsibility of Nawroz University towards society. The University in cooperation with the Mand NGO for Equality, have distributed Christmas gifts on 250 kids from Sêcê village (host and IDPs). 

The event was attended by Father Sami Johanna Markhaya, the priest of Margorgis Shios Church, Dr. Evîn Khalid, Dean of the Faculty of Law and Politics, Dr. Layla Raswol, Dean of the Faculty of Engineering, MP in the Iraqi Parliament Mr. Omar Rekani, Hersh Rasheed, the head of Mand NGO, and a large number of Nawroz University students.
