A public lecture on " Rights and Duties" delivered by both misters Bizav Hasan, the Vice-Dean of the College of Law and Politics and Ferset Reziki, the head of the Media Department at NZU to the new students (freshmen) of both Law and Political Science Departments.
This lecture is an annual custom — given to the new students to teach them about their rights and what they are required to do as duties on campus
