On Monday, 26th April 2024, Asst. Prof. Dr. Dilshad Abdel-Rahman Youssef, Dean of the College of Law and Politics at Nawroz University, participated in an international scientific conference titled "Spreading Awareness about the Dangers of Narcotic Substances." Organized by the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research in Erbil, the conference addressed critical issues related to drug abuse.
