A delegation led by Asst. Prof. Dr. Dilshad Abdul Rahman Youssef, Dean of the College of Law and Politics at Nawroz University, participated in the "Combating Drugs and Their Psychological Effects" conference in Erbil on Sunday, 10/15/2023. The delegation, including Dr. Kawa Abdel Aziz and Mr. Bewar Abdel Rahim, engaged in discussions held at Saad Abdullah Hall.
