Small enterprises constitute the main nerve of the economy of any country. They do not provide employment opportunities and therefore a source of income for a wide cross-section of individuals, but they are also the main driver of more innovation and diversification of exports, and then they are considered one of the main engines of economic growth.
Here, the role of banks in financing small projects is evident, especially commercial and specialized banks. Their role ranges from establishing funds that finance these projects and investing in them or creating special units within banks to finance these projects.
