On Thursday, May 9, 2024, Dr. Dilshad Abdel-Rahman Youssef, the Dean of the College of Law and Politics, participated in a joint meeting between the University of Zakho and the Al-Zahawi Center. He presented a research paper entitled "The Legal Framework for Leadership in Social Media Networks and the Extent of Criminal Responsibility."
