This course introduces the principles required to solve engineering mechanics problems. It addresses the modeling and analysis of static equilibrium problems with an emphasis on real-world engineering applications and problem solving.

This course introduces students to the basics of strength of materials. Topics include: loading; statically indeterminate structures; temperature and pretrain effects; shear force and bending moment; axial, shear, bearing and bending stresses; deflection of beams; and buckling of columns

This course is important for architectural engineering student to understand the principle of analysis many structural members, which used in constructions as trusses, beams, plates to study the fundamental concepts of mechanics that related to engineering problems.to introduce and understand the behavior of various engineering structure such as beams, plates, trusses under different actions

Structure fundamentals, forces analysis and distribution, mechanics of different materials, beams & columns, truss details.

The 2nd course is useful for architectural engineering student to understand the principle of analysis of many structural members which used in constructions as trusses, beams, plates etc. to study the fundamental concepts of strength of Materials that related to engineering problems. to introduce and understand the behavior of various engineering structures such as beams, plates, trusses etc. under different Loads.

Structure fundamentals of moments, Stress analysis and distribution, The ability of different materials to withstand Stresses, beams & columns, I beam and I columns, Different Cross-Sections of Beams and plates
