The Presidency of the Polytechnic University - Duhok — Representatives of four universities (Duhok, Zakho, Polytechnic from the Public Sector; Nawroz from the Private Sector) met to discuss their students ' final assessments for the current academic year (2019 - 2020), following COVID-19 and its effects on higher education.

The meeting was attended by vice-presidents of all four universities (including Dr. Shivan Ahmed, the scientific affairs vice-president from NZU) and chaired by Dr. Adnan Muhsin, the president of Polytechnic University. The key theme discussed in this meeting was the mechanisms of unifying the final evaluations of the students of both universities and institutes.
