Following the adoption of new measures to counter COVID 19 by KRG, NZU opened its doors to the Ministry of Education to exploit its facilities as exam centers for the 12th-grade students to conduct Regionwide Standardized High School Exams (Ministerial exams) based on social distancing.

In this sense, the University has become the examination facility for around 1,000 of the students who started their very first final exam on Saturday (today) morning. It worths mentioning that NZU contains nine examination centers, each of which has three halls.
