Nawroz University — Duhok — KRI. The rector of Nawroz University held the yearly press conference. The Asst. Prof. Dr. Ezzat Findi Yahya has shed a light on the activities the University has done in the 2018-2019. One of the main topics was opening postgraduate studies (Masters and High Diploma), as a pioneering step by the university.
