Within a joint program between the TTMC/NzU & Healthiness Section/NzU, and in collaboration with the Civil Defense Directorate/Duhok City, a developmental training-course was started on 19th Nov. 2017. The class was under the watchword “Fires Extinction & First Aid”, and dedicated to the “academic debate” teachers.
