Within the framework of the program of growing and developing the capabilities of teachers at Nawroz University, in coordination with the plan of the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research, several qualification courses have been opened to develop and strengthen the qualifications of teachers at the university.

More than 100 teachers participated in these four-week courses. These courses were under the direct supervision of the president of the university and his assistants and under the supervision of the Center for Evaluation and Quality Control at the university
