The 3x3 basketball tournament for girls started at NU, on 8/3/2022. Teams from the three universities of the Duhok governorate participated in the tournament, namely Nawroz University, University of Duhok and Zakho University. After many heated matches between the teams, University of Duhok and Nawroz University faced off in a remarkable final match. Despite the impressive performance from Nawroz University, University of Duhok won the championship title. In between the matches, many talented individuals and teams showcased their skill sets and abilities to the audience, such as the Duhok Girls Taekwondo team, and the outstanding ball skills of Khaled Silvani.
