Translation Department Students Win the Football Championship
On Tuesday, 17/2/2026, in the presence of the University President, Asst. Prof. Dr. Mevan Arif Abdulrahman, the Dean of the College of Languages, Prof. Dr. Ameen Abdulqader, the President of Duhok Club, Mr. Abdullah Jalal, and Mr. Armanj Abdulaziz, Head of the Duhok Suburbs Branch of the Students and Youth Union, the final match of the mini-football championship was held between students of the English Department and the Translation Department. The tournament was organized by the Sports Unit at Nawroz University, with 32 teams participating, and lasted for 17 days.
