Nawroz University signed a memorandum of understanding with the European Center for Middle East Research on Wednesday, September 13, 2023 to develop its relations with academic and research institutions inside and outside the country. This memorandum was signed by Professor Dr.  Abdulwahab Khalid Mosa (President of Nawroz University) and Khairi Elias Ali Bozani (European Center Advisor). Significant steps are expected to be taken in cooperation between the two institutions in Kurdistan region of Iraq and Germany.
