With the support of Prof. Dr. Abdulwahab Khalid Mosa, the President of NU, and the supervision Dr. Mohamedali Yaseen, the Vice President of NU, a meeting for the championships of the NU sports season was held.
In the meeting, the Vice President demonstrated his full support for the sports season and intent for improving it on multiple levels. NU announced a new sports tournament that will be held with the practicpiation of NU and the other 5 universities of Duhok Governorate.The tournament will have the following sports: the championship of the Minifootball for Lecterurers and Staff, Table Tennis for Lecturers and Students, and 3vs3 Basketball for Girls.
