The Vice President of NU, Dr. Mohammedali Yaseen Taha, warmly welcomed a delegation from the British Consulate in Erbil on Wednesday, 22/6/2022.
The development of academic relations between NU and British universities, as well as the provision of numerous opportunities, especially in the academic and cultural aspect, were the focal point of discussion between the two parties. Then Mr. James Charleston and Ms. Hanar Maurof from the delegation gave a talk on the Chevening Scholarship program for graduates of NU and its fourth stage students. In the talk, the necessary details regarding attaining the scholarship were discussed. In the final moments, the attendees had the opportunity to ask any question on the matter.
