The president of Nawroz University, professor Dr Abdulwahab Khalid Mosa, held a series of important meetings with the university administrative staff and academics on 31/8/2021 till 1/9/2021. In these meetings, he discussed the future plans and goals of NU for the new academic year, and put emphasis on increasing the performances of the professionals hired at the university. Additionally, he highlighted the advantages that private universities, like NU, have over government universities, as they can freely choose the best of staff and have more control over the choices it can make. Furthermore, he discussed the shift NU made to e-management this year, the importance of scientific research and quality assurance. It is worth mentioning, NU has been preparing for the new academic year in various ways. Some worth noting are: the redecoration of a number of different buildings, increasing the green areas at campus, and opening new departments once officially approved by the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research.
